Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Times We ship worldwide. Estimated delivery times are:
- Canada & USA: 7–15 business days
- International: 14–30 business days

Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery status.
Customs & Duties International orders may be subject to customs fees and import duties, which are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.
